The philosophy of healing through touch captivated me at a young age. Now, after 10+ in practice, I'm considered a veteran in the industry. I've had time to expand into new modalities, fine-tune my techniques, and find my style as a bodyworker. I take a scientific approach to massage, relying on my knowledge of kinesiology, anatomy, and physiology. My goal is to help guide you on your path to wellness through a soothing yet effective touch.
When I’m not working in the studio I love spending time with my husband and dog outdoors. We take advantage of the beauty the Pacific Northwest offers by camping or taking day trips to our many rivers. My rainy days are spent looking through antique shops for old books with an emphasis on medical texts and American history. I am most at home in the woods with a good, informative book.
